INVOICING MOBILE APP

 
Product Overview
The Novtel Invoicing Mobile App integrates to existing Sage Pastel and Sage Evolution databases, allowing the user to perform key tasks on the go. The app supports any number of Sage Pastel companies or Sage Evolution branches, allowing the user to switch seamlessly between databases and perform work in any database no matter where they are.

From within the app, the user can contact his/her existing Sage Pastel or Sage Evolution customers and suppliers at the touch of a button, view invoices, credit notes, and debit notes already imported into the financial system, and import new invoices, credit notes and debit notes quickly and easily directly into Sage Pastel or Sage Evolution.

  • Call, message or email your existing Sage Pastel and Sage Evolution customers and suppliers at a touch of a button.
  • Classify customers or suppliers as ‘favourites’ to ensure that they are always easy to find and displayed at the top of the list.
  • Set a pin in Google Maps to easily navigate to customer and supplier postal and delivery addresses.
  • Import new invoices, credit notes and debit notes quickly and easily.
  • Use existing invoices, credit notes and debit notes as templates to quickly build new source documents.
  • All customer and supplier source documents imported through the app will be available in Sage Pastel or Sage Evolution immediately.
  • Switch between multiple datasets to perform work in any database from anywhere in the world.
 
 
Demo vs Registered Version
The Demo User can test all app features while integrated with a demo Sage Pastel Database ONLY. Furthermore, the demo user can only contact Novtel Support from within the app since all customer and supplier information in the demo database is fictional.

The Registered User has full access to the app and can switch between their company’s datasets to perform work in any database.
